SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Small Group PT at Kaizen Personal Training is a unique training format designed to get you the results you’ve always wanted from the gym. 

We work with our tried and tested training programmes to get you stronger and fitter and help you discover what your body can really do.

These four person training sessions are coach led and tailored to your individual needs, which means you get the absolute most out of your time in the gym. Plus there's the added benefit of the support and motivation that comes from working together in a small group like minded people.

FITNESS CLASSES

Classes are a fun way to add more movement into your week and to increase your fitness further. Our classes are suitable for anyone, no matter your level of fitness, and our coaches will ensure you are working safely, and at the intended intensity.
